garlic | 3 | cloves minced | | tomato paste | 2 | tbs |
Worcestershire | 1 | tbs | | oyster water | | little bit |

Directions:
Make a gravy with butter,flour,shallots,celery,garlic,tomato paste,( enough to make a golden sauce) and add worcestshire sauce. Then add oyster water & water. Add slowly not to make it too watery. Add salt if oysters are not salty. Let cook on simmer fire. 20 minutes before serving put oyster in sauce. Pace in patty and put in oven to toast a little.
