Directions:
Wash Turkey-Rub insides with salt. Put in dressing. Tuck legs together. Rub Oil or butter over bird and cover. Use big sheets of foil -Put turkey in oven 400 degrees for 15 minutes-Then turn heat down to 350 degrees. Cook according to weight. Or you can use the cooking bags instead.
Dressing: Throw seasoning in pan with a stick of butter and saut? till tender. Put in 1lb ground meat and brown, then add stuffing ( bag of stuffing mix). Add one egg at a time and stir. Drain oysters and add to stuffing mixture, When cooked either stuff the turkey or place in a casserole and cook covered till done.
Gravy: Boil neck with celery and water. Scrape up turkey drippings from pan and add flour to thicken the gravy. Enjoy
