frozen chopped spinach2pks butter4tbs
flour2tbs onion2tbs
evaporated milk1/2cup spinach liquid1/2cup
black pepper1/2tsp celery salt3/4tsp
garlic salt3/4tsp cheese whiz6oz
Worcestershire1tsp

Directions:
Cook spinach & drain. Reserve liquid. Melt butter over low heat. Add flour stirring until blended & smooth. (not brown). Add onion & cook until soft but not brown. Add liquid slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook until smooth & thick, continue stirring. Add seasoning & cheese. Stir until melted and then combine with spinach. Put in casserole & top with bread crumbs & butter. Bake 15 minutes 350 degrees
