139: FRESH FRUIT TART; Source:

20 oz Slice & Bake Sugar cookie dough1 1/2rolls philly cream cheese1 1/2pks (8oz)
sugar1/2cup vanilla1tsp
Orange or Apricot preserves1/2cup water2tbs
grapes12sliced in half banana1sliced
kiwi fruit4sliced strwberries12sliced
blueberries12sliced raspberries12sliced
peaches2sliced

Directions:
Freeze cookie dough for 1 hour. Cut into 1/8in slices. Line pizza pan with foil ( or you can use pam so it doesn't stick). Place cookie slices in pan slightly over lap them. Bake at 375degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla. Mix & spread over cooled cookie.
Arrange fruit starting in the middle.

Mix preserves & water. Glaze over top of fruit. Chill & serve.

Use whatever fruits in season.
