20 oz Slice & Bake Sugar cookie dough | 1 1/2 | rolls | | philly cream cheese | 1 1/2 | pks (8oz) | sugar | 1/2 | cup | | vanilla | 1 | tsp |
Orange or Apricot preserves | 1/2 | cup | | water | 2 | tbs |
grapes | 12 | sliced in half | | banana | 1 | sliced |
kiwi fruit | 4 | sliced | | strwberries | 12 | sliced |
blueberries | 12 | sliced | | raspberries | 12 | sliced |
peaches | 2 | sliced | |
Directions:
Freeze cookie dough for 1 hour. Cut into 1/8in slices. Line pizza pan with foil ( or you can use pam so it doesn't stick). Place cookie slices in pan slightly over lap them. Bake at 375degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla. Mix & spread over cooled cookie.
Arrange fruit starting in the middle.
Mix preserves & water. Glaze over top of fruit. Chill & serve.
Use whatever fruits in season.
