Ingredients:
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Margarine
1/2 cup Milk
1 cup Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Cocoa
***Topping***
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Cocoa
1 1/2 cup boiling water
Directions:
Mix well the first 7 ingredients and spread in a 9in square pan.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/3 cup cocoa and sprinkle over batter in pan. Slowly and evenly pour the 1 1/2 cups boiling water on top.
Bake 35-40 minutes at 350F. This will separate roughly into a layer of cake and a layer of pudding. The longer you bake it, the less pudding you get, and more of the cake part.
Serve warm. Top with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
