Directions:
Set oven to 350 degrees.
Beat the eggs. Add all ingredients, Blend well.
Pour mixture into 8X8 non metallic greased baking dish. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Place baking dish inside a larger baking dish of cool water. ( The water should be at least 1/2
way up main baking dish. This is what makes the creamy texture,) Bake 40 to 45 minutes till knife comes out clean
after you put in center of dish. Let cool. Cut into 6
