chicken | 4 | lbs | | green onions | 1 | bunch chopped | celery | 1 | cup chopped | | hard boiled eggs | 3 | chopped |
pickles | 4 | chopped | | mayonnaise | 1 | cup |
salt & pepper | | to taste | |
Directions:
Boil chicken seasoned with an onion and celery till done. Cool and then pick meat. Mix chicken with green onions,celery,boiled eggs, pickles and mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste. Let it sit overnight so all flavors can meld.
