NOTE: BANANA-NUT BREAD COMES OUT BETTER WHEN LENNY SR MASHES THE BANANAS.

flour | 2 | cup | | baking powder | 1/2 | tsp |
baking soda | 1 | tsp | | salt | 1/2 | tsp |
milk | 3 | tbl | | vanilla | 1/2 | tsp |
pecans | 1/2 | cup | |
Directions:
BEAT OIL AND SUGAR TOGETHER.
ADD EGGS AND BANANA PULP AND BEAT WELL.
ADD SIFTED DRY INGREDIENTS, MILK AND VANILLA
MIX WELL AND STIR NUTS. POUR INTO GREASED AND FLOURED LOAF PAN. I USED THE LITTLE LOAF PAN (ABOUT 4 OF THEM)
BAKE at 350 FOR ABOUT 1 HR FOR 9x5x3 AND LESS TIME FOR SMALLER SIZE. (DIFFERENT OVENS MAY ALSO TAKE MORE OR LESS TIME). COOL WELL AND STORE OVERNIGHT. GOOD WITH CREAM CHEESE
