Cream of mushroom soup | 1 | can | |
Directions:
dice onion and brown with ground beef - salt and pepper to taste - can add can soup and a can of mushrooms if you like that stuff
peal and simmer potatoes until fork tender - mash with butter and milk - salt and pepper to taste
place meat in bottom of casserole dish and spoon on the corn (may use peas here). Cover with mashed potatoes and cheese - bake in 350 oven for about 20 min until cheese starts to brown.
Easy.. I tried to do too much for Christmas and I was not pleased with the dish. Try this simple version and you can change it as you like.
