black pepper | | 1/8 cup | | salt | | 1/8 cup |
chili powder | 1/4 | cup | | garlic powder | 2 | tbs |

Directions:
BRISKET
Cut all fat off brisket and save.
Stuff brisket with garlic. Mix rest of ingredients and rub over brisket. Place in baking bag, and put fat on top of brisket. Place in baking pan.
Cook at 350? for 1 hour, reduce to 325?, and cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Let rest before slicing.
