water or shrimp stock | 4 | cups | | fish sauce | 1 | tsp | jalapino | 1 | ea | | shrimp or krab | 3/4 | lb |
cabbage or bok choy | 3 | cups | | carrot, sliced thin | 1/4 | cup |
celery, sliced thin | 1 | stalk | | bell pepper, sliced thin | 1/4 | cup |
onion, sliced thin | 1/4 | cup | | snap dragon brand pho noodle pack | 1 | ea |
Cilantro | 1/4 | C | |
Directions:
slice vegetables into thin pieces
in large pot heat water or stock to simmer.
add in vegies and seasoning packet and simmer for 3 minutes
add noodles and simmer for 2 minutes
add shrimp and simmer for 3 minutes
add in the oil pack that comes with the noodles
if you have shrimp shells, make stock and substitute for water
