i got this recipe from Pete Ward

water or shrimp stock4cups fish sauce1tsp
jalapino1ea shrimp or krab3/4lb
cabbage or bok choy3cups carrot, sliced thin1/4cup
celery, sliced thin1stalk bell pepper, sliced thin1/4cup
onion, sliced thin1/4cup snap dragon brand pho noodle pack1ea
Cilantro 1/4C

Directions:
slice vegetables into thin pieces
in large pot heat water or stock to simmer.
add in vegies and seasoning packet and simmer for 3 minutes
add noodles and simmer for 2 minutes
add shrimp and simmer for 3 minutes
add in the oil pack that comes with the noodles

if you have shrimp shells, make stock and substitute for water
