heat oil in 8 quart stock pot, brown sausage, then add onions and celery about 6 mins. add the broth in small batched and bring to boil. add shrimp boil, salt, bay leaves and cover.
add potatoes and cook till almost fork tender, about 10 mins. add corn, and tomatoes and cover turn heat to med-high bring to strong
simmer, reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins. add crabmeat and shrimp and simmer for 3 mins. Use corn on the cob and cut off of cob when done. I'd peal the shrimp too before putting in. Use shells to make stock
cut sausage and potatoes kinda small so that they will fit on spoon when eating.
