ginger | 1 | tbl | | cinnamon | 1/4 | tsp |
clove | 1/4 | tsp | | salt | 1/2 | tsp |
pepper, black | 1/2 | tsp | |
Directions:
place thighs in casserole dish
all other ingredients in food processor with 1/2 cup of water and whir until smooth
pour of chicken and marinate for an hour or overnight in fridge
fire up the grill/smoker and slowly grill the thighs off the heat till cooked (30-40 min)
or in the oven covered with foil at 375 for 60 minutes
