Prevent Screen Timeout: 37: Swiss Steak; Source: Aunt Dot round steak 1 ea onion 1 chopped garlic 1 tbs bell pepper 1/2 chopped celery 1/2 chopped carrots 2 shredded or chopped parsley (fresh) 1/2 cup chopped Directions: Salt, pepper, & flour round and brown on both sides in a little oil in 350 degree oven. After round browns put onion, garlic, carrots, sweet pepper, parsley, & celery till soft. Add 1/2 cup ketchup and 1/2 cup water, then pour on top of meat. Sprinkle a lil sugar.
