soft shell crabs14small butter1 1/2stick
wishbone Italian Salad dressing116oz bottle parsley (fresh)1/3cup
tabasco2tbs pony beer1small

Directions:
Melt 1/2 stick butter than add 1 whole head of chopped garlic and let simmer for a few minutes to turn garlic a clear color. In a large black pot melt 1 stick butter and put remaining ingredients in and cook for a few minutes. Test to see if done. Soft crabs cook faster than hard crabs. Let stand for a few minutes with the fire off. Add garlic and parsley. If you can prepare ahead the taste is enhanced. Serve with hot buttered French bread, salad and wine.
