Prevent Screen Timeout: 59: Crawfish Pie; Source: Red Latiolais crawfish tails w fat chopped 2 lbs parsley (fresh) 1/2 cup onion chopped 1/2 cup salt & pepper taste pie dough Directions: Cover bottom of open pan with oil. Put crawfish,parsley,and onions in pan. Cook for about 20 minutes. Stir. Salt & Pepper to taste. Fill pie dough with cooked crawfish. Put in oven and Brown @ 350 degrees. .
