Sweet Paprika | 2 | tsp | | white pepper | 3/4 | tsp |
cayenne pepper | 3/4 | tsp | | black pepper | 3/4 | tsp |
onion powder | 1/2 | tsp | | garlic powder | 1/2 | tsp |
dry mustard | 1/2 | tsp | | dried Thyme Leaves | 1/4 | tsp |
dried sweet Basil leaves | 1/4 | tsp | | green onions | 3/4 | cup |
crawfish tails w fat | 8 | oz | |
Directions:
Heat butter in deep skillet until bubbly hot.
Add seasoning mix and stir until well blended.
Add Half & half, scald and reduce by one half.
Add green onion, cooked pasta (al dente) and crawfish meat with fat. Do not cover. Heat through.
