Fresh Rotelle Pasta8oz Sweet Butter2sticks
half & half12oz salt1tbs
Sweet Paprika2tsp white pepper3/4tsp
cayenne pepper3/4tsp black pepper3/4tsp
onion powder1/2tsp garlic powder1/2tsp
dry mustard1/2tsp dried Thyme Leaves1/4tsp
dried sweet Basil leaves1/4tsp green onions3/4cup
crawfish tails w fat8oz

Directions:
Heat butter in deep skillet until bubbly hot.

Add seasoning mix and stir until well blended.

Add Half & half, scald and reduce by one half.

Add green onion, cooked pasta (al dente) and crawfish meat with fat. Do not cover. Heat through.
This serves 4 people.
