Directions: Cook the onion in butter in saucepan over medium heat until transparent. Add ground beef and cook, stirring, until beef is light brown. Add the soup and green onions and cook for 5 minutes. Add the sour cream and simmer for 15 minutes longer. Serve over pasta. Yield 4 servings.
