venison Roast4lbs salt pork1/2lb
red wine1bottle onion chopped1cup
galic chopped4cloves bay leaf2
flour

Directions:
Stick salt port in roast and marinate overnight in red wine. Flour roast and then put in pan with oil and brown . Then add onions, garlic and bay leaf. Put pan in 350 degree oven. Cook 20-25 minutes per pound. Baste frequently.
