cauliflower1/2head green bell pepper1/4minced
onion1tbs butter1tbs
cooking oil1tsp

Directions:
Be sure that the vegetables are dry prior to cooking.

In a heavy skillet, melt butter on medium/high heat. Add remaining ingredients before butter starts to turn. Stir well to coat vegetables. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes. ( do not cover). Stir frequently but allow vegetables to brown. Serve hot.
