Directions: Place rice in a buttered casserole. Fry off 4 pork chops. Put pork chops on top of the rice. Place on top of chops place a slice of onion, tomato, green pepper. Salt and pepper to taste Add on can of broth and juice from pork chops and if necessary, add just a little water. Place in a preheated 375 degree oven and cook for 30 minutes or rice is soft.
