round steaks (cut in 1/2 in pcs)2lbs chopped onions1cup

salt1tsp pepper1/2tsp
paprika1 1/2tsp dried thyme crushed1/4tsp
14 1/2 oz tomatoes1can sour cream1cup

Directions:
Crackpot Hungarian Goulash

Put steak cubes, onion, garlic in crackpot. Stir in flour and mix to coat steak cubes. Add
all remaining ingredients except sour cream. Stir well. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10
hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours, stirring occasionally. Add sour cream 30 minutes before
serving, and stir in thoroughly.
Yield: 6 servings
