Directions:
Salt, pepper & flour round steak. Brown on both sides in a little oil. Preheat oven to 350 degree. After round browns put in onions,garlic,bell pepper, carrots,celery, and parsley till soft. Add ketchup and water and pour over meat. Sprinkle a little sugar. Bake for 30 minutes
