Prevent Screen Timeout: 91: Glazed Orange Pork Chops; Source: Mere 10 oz beef broth 1 can brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 cup cornstarch 1 tbs pork chops 4 Cinnamon & Nutmeg to taste Directions: Glaze: Add beef broth, sugars, orange juice and stir into the cornstarch till smooth. Cook on medium fire till thickens. Use a little more cornstarch if needed. Brown pork chops. Sprinkle cinnamon & nutmeg over chops then pour glaze over chops and simmer.
